Job summary

Logan Tire Service is seeking a Service Advisor to be the face of the brand and assist customers with products and services. You will manage sales across in-store, phone, and digital channels, delivering an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires 1–2 years in retail or sales and automotive experience (6+ months) is highly preferred. You will work with a team to meet performance targets, use POS systems, and support store operations.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail, customer service or sales experience.
• Automotive industry experience (6+ months) highly preferred.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers professionally to identify needs and upsell where appropriate.
