The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, effective communication, and collaboration with the service team to maintain customers' vehicles in top condition. Training and growth opportunities are offered within a large dealership group.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills are required to engage with customers and explain vehicle maintenance clearly.
• Tech-savvy to learn and use dealership technology systems and tools.
• Experience as an Automotive Service Advisor is a plus but not required; willingness to undergo background checks.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers to ensure we meet and address all vehicle maintenance needs.
• Write repair orders with clear cost and time estimates for customers.
• Provide exceptional and timely communication keeping customers updated throughout the process.
• Communicate frequently with Technicians and Parts to ensure timely completion of work.
• Exhibit a positive attitude and strong work ethic with customers and co-workers.
