Job summary

Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking a Service Advisor at Napleton's Kissimmee CDJR to bridge customers and technicians. You will present vehicle repair recommendations, provide transparent cost estimates, and keep customers informed throughout the service process.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work with customers to identify maintenance needs and provide repair recommendations.
• Write repair orders with clear cost and time estimates.
• Communicate with customers throughout the service process.
• Coordinate with technicians and parts to ensure timely completion of work.
• Maintain a positive, customer-focused attitude with staff and customers.
• Utilize Fixed Operations technology to streamline service operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work with customers to ensure we meet and address all vehicle maintenance needs
• Write repair orders for customers with full transparency of cost and time estimates
• Provide exceptional and timely communication-keeping customers updated throughout the process
• Communicate frequently with Technicians and Parts to ensure timely completion of work
• Exhibit a positive attitude and strong work ethic with customers and co-workers.
