Qualifications

• Proven record of delivering exceptional customer service in automotive service.
• Experience documenting vehicle issues and preparing repair orders.
• Ability to explain maintenance and repairs, including costs and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and document vehicle issues accurately.
• Schedule service appointments and coordinate with technicians.
• Prepare estimates and process repair orders using DMS.
• Verify warranty coverage and submit claims per Toyota guidelines.
• Inspect completed work and ensure customer satisfaction at delivery.
• Promote preventive maintenance and manufacturer-recommended repairs.
