In this fast-paced role, you will document concerns, create repair orders, discuss recommendations, and provide timely vehicle updates while meeting communication commitments.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to listen actively and document information accurately.
• Comfort using basic computer systems and tools for data entry and record-keeping.
• Ability to work across departments in a high-energy setting.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage customers with professionalism and empathy from start to finish.
• Document customer concerns and create detailed repair orders for technicians.
• Provide clear explanations of recommended repairs and service options.
• Review completed work for accuracy and prepare billing invoices.
• Process service payments and manage cash transactions responsibly.
• Coordinate workflow to maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment.
• Follow CarMax EH&S requirements and maintain a clean, safe work area.
