Job summary

Bosselman Enterprises is looking for a Service Advisor to facilitate communication with customers regarding their vehicle repair needs. In this role, you will greet customers, manage service scheduling, and assist in finalizing payments while providing outstanding service.

The ideal candidate must possess a valid Driver’s license, have a positive attitude, and flexible availability to meet business needs, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Retail or guest service experience preferred.
• Must possess a positive, enthusiastic attitude.
• Must be able to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers promptly and provides friendly competent customer service.
• Coordinates the service center’s scheduling and workflow.
• Consults with Technicians about needed repairs and communicates those needs.
