Job summary

Bosselman Enterprises is seeking a Service Advisor to communicate with customers about vehicle repairs and costs, and to relay information to Service Technicians. You will greet customers, help determine repairs, and update them on status.

The role requires strong customer service, computer skills, and flexibility to work weekends/evenings. Compensation ranges from $16.00 to $25.00 per hour plus benefits including paid vacation and insurance.

Qualifications

• Retail or guest service experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and insurable to drive.
• Able to work on the computer system efficiently.
• Ability to read, write and perform math skills.
• Must possess a positive, enthusiastic attitude.
• Must be flexible with the ability to adapt to change when required.
• Demonstrates excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, may require weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and provide friendly competent customer service.
• Coordinates the service center’s scheduling and workflow.
• Service writes for the location including creating estimates and work orders, finalizing payments, following all cash handling policies, and parts order and collecting for all jobs.
• Answers customer questions about service outcomes and consults with the Technicians as needed.
• Understands marketing and sales strategies to finalize all transactions.
