Job summary

Radius Recycling invites applications for a General Laborer I to join our production team in an outdoor auto salvage yard. You will help process vehicles, extract parts, and ensure operations meet safety and environmental standards.

The role requires manual dexterity, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and willingness to work weekends and overtime as needed. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, and PTO from first paycheck.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow verbal and written safety instructions.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
• Ability to perform outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work safely at all times and promote the safety culture; wear PPE as required.
• Follow company policies and procedures with professionalism.
• Safely handle fluids, batteries, and automotive fluids per procedures.
• Position vehicles to give customers safe access to parts and prepare for the next set.
• Dismantle components and harvest materials according to prescribed procedures.
• Assist customers in a courteous and professional manner and prepare shipments.
