Qualifications

• Strong desire to succeed.
• Previous Sales, Customer Service, or Retail experience.
• Outgoing personality with ability to develop relationships.
• Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency.
• Excellent appearance, verbal and written communication; negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to ask for the sale and close.
• Valid U.S. Driver's license.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background check, drug test, and DMV screening.

Responsibilities

• Spend time with customers to determine their needs and discuss vehicle options.
• Become an auto sales expert with in-depth knowledge of inventory and technology.
• Assist guests in test drives to demonstrate features.
• Prepare quotes and explain financing options.
• Follow up with prospective customers via email and voicemail.
• Follow up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and generate leads.
