Job summary

MEI Group in Arlington, TX seeks an Automotive Sales Representative for Buy Here Pay Here (BHPH). You will guide customers through vehicle selection, financing options, and the purchase process, aiming to exceed sales goals and deliver outstanding service. On-site role with a 5-day work week including Saturdays.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential, with BHPH experience highly preferred. High school diploma required and valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Buy Here Pay Here (BHPH) experience is preferred.
• Proven track record in automotive sales.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers and guide them through the vehicle purchasing process from initial contact to delivery.
• Identify customer needs and recommend vehicles that fit their lifestyle and budget.
• Explain financing options and dealership programs with confidence and professionalism.
• Meet or exceed individual and dealership sales goals.
• Follow up with prospective and existing customers to build repeat and referral business.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation using dealership systems.
• Work closely with Sales Management and Finance to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience before, during, and after each sale.
