Job summary

MEI Group, a Dallas-Fort Worth-based automotive organization, seeks an Automotive Sales Representative for its Buy Here Pay Here team in Arlington, TX. You’ll guide customers through vehicle selection and financing, aiming to meet or exceed sales goals with an uncapped commission plan.

With over 500 vehicles available daily and a six-figure earning potential, you’ll build relationships, follow up with leads, and work closely with Finance to deliver a seamless buying experience.

Qualifications

• Automotive sales experience preferred.
• Buy Here Pay Here (BHPH) experience highly preferred.
• Social media marketing experience with content creation.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers and guide them through vehicle purchasing from initial contact to delivery.
• Identify customer needs and recommend vehicles that fit lifestyle and budget.
• Explain financing options and dealership programs confidently and professionally.
• Meet or exceed individual and dealership sales goals.
• Follow up with prospective and existing customers to build repeat business.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation in dealership systems.
• Collaborate with Sales Management and Finance to ensure a smooth sales process.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience before, during, and after each sale.
