MEI Group is seeking a motivated Automotive Sales Representative for our Buy Here Pay Here team in Arlington, TX. You will guide customers through vehicle selection, financing options, and the purchasing process, delivering excellent service from first contact to delivery.

We expect strong sales drive, customer focus, and the ability to meet or exceed goals. BHPH experience is highly preferred, with the potential for six-figure earnings through uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• Automotive sales experience required or preferred.
• BHPH (Buy Here Pay Here) experience highly preferred.
• Social media marketing experience with content creation and audience engagement.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers from initial contact to delivery.
• Identify customer needs and recommend vehicles fitting lifestyle and budget.
• Explain financing options and dealership programs confidently.
• Meet or exceed individual and dealership sales goals.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation.
