Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
• Monitor sales metrics and prepare reports on team performance, inventory turnover, and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure high levels of customer service by resolving complaints and ensuring a positive buying experience.
• Recruit, train, and onboard new sales staff, fostering a culture of accountability and professional development.
• Manage inventory levels, pricing strategies, and vehicle allocation to maximize profitability.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, as well as dealership policies.
• Teach and implement the playbook with effective sales strategies, processes, and promotional plans.
