Job summary

Rockwall Hyundai, part of Lithia & Driveway, is seeking a General Sales Manager to lead the dealership's sales team and drive revenue growth. This onsite role requires strategic leadership, strong customer relationships, and a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

You will manage a team of sales representatives, analyze market data, collaborate with marketing, and leverage CRM tools to optimize performance. Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales management experience, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading teams.
• Experience with the sales process, from lead generation to close, and ability to develop effective sales strategies.
• Experience with sales performance metrics, including sales forecasting, pipeline management, and quota achievement.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales automation tools, with ability to leverage technology to drive sales efficiency and productivity.
• The ability to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence.
