Webb Automotive is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a large sales team, hire and train staff, and drive performance with integrity and teamwork.

You will coach sales reps, manage showroom operations, engage with customers to assess needs and present vehicle options, and set monthly and annual goals. You’ll oversee CRM use, advertising campaigns, and delivery protocols to ensure smooth, profitable customer outcomes.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and active participation with the sales team to enhance closing techniques.
• Manage all showroom activities to ensure smooth operation and high performance from a large sales team.
• Engage with customers directly to assess needs, discuss vehicle options, and support sales staff in finalizing deals.
• Conduct the hiring, motivation, and performance monitoring of all new and pre-owned vehicle sales employees.
• Conduct daily and weekly meetings focused on sales and continuous sales training.
• Mentor both new and seasoned sales representatives in best practices to boost performance and sales effectiveness.
• Track, analyze, and report on the performance metrics of sales staff.
• Assist in the creation and execution of advertising campaigns and promotional events.
• Implement and maintain a CRM system to guarantee follow-up on all potential buyers, ensure timely respones to customers.
• Set up delivery protocols, ensuring customers are introduced to the service department and scheduled for their initial service appointment.
• Forecast monthly and annual goals for sales volume, gross profit, and key expenses.
• Attend meetings as requested.
