Morrie’s Auto Group is seeking a driven Sales Manager in Minnesota to lead our sales team and optimize the used-car department’s profitability. You will ensure daily follow-up, coach performance, and coordinate with the Finance office to implement best practices for sales effectiveness.

The role requires a college degree in a related field and 3+ years of automotive management experience. Strong leadership, communication, and CDK familiarity are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of automotive management experience.
• Proven track record in desking and closing deals.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• CDK system experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales team through the sales process including follow-up and escalations.
• Drive profitability of the used car department to meet monthly volume and gross profit goals.
• Manage day-to-day customer follow-up and sales team performance.
• Coordinate with manufacturers on incentive programs and inventory balance.
• Lead recruitment, interviewing, and development of the sales team.
• Assist the GM in sales meetings and training; coordinate deliveries with Service.
