Morrie's Auto Group in Golden Valley, MN is seeking an Automotive Pre-Owned Sales Manager to lead our used-vehicle business. You will drive pricing, inventory mix, and performance across stores while coordinating with service for reconditioning and maintaining strong lender relationships.

The position requires five years of pre-owned sales management experience, exceptional communication and customer service skills, and a track record of handling high-volume monthly sales.

Qualifications

• Five years of previous experience as an Automotive Pre Owned Sales Manager in a high-end dealership is required.
• Experience and knowledge of finance operations, knowledge of bank programs and ability to create excellent lender relationships are important for this position.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills are required.
• Previous experience with high volume and producing high units per month is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure effective inventory mix and pricing to market.
• Move inventory across stores as needed to maximize retail opportunities.
• Train the Used Car Managers on processes & procedures.
• Partner with Service Departments to manage reconditioning of used vehicles.
• Forecast goals and objectives for pre-owned vehicle sales, gross and key expenses on a monthly and annual basis.
• Hire, train and effectively lead all used car sales associates.
• Possess strong closing abilities and ability to work with lenders.
• Understand federal, state, and local regulations.
• Handle and resolve customer issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Other duties as assigned.
