Responsibilities include writing repair orders, communicating customer concerns, coordinating with technicians and parts, and ensuring prompt, courteous service to maintain high satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience as Automotive Service Advisor or related role preferred.
• Strong communication with customers and team members.
• Demonstrated ability to manage time and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Write Repair Order after verifying customer's complaint
• Effectively and accurately communicate customer complaint on repair order
• Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
• Punctual and dependable team player
• Take ownership of the customer's experience to create a positive impression
• Provide concierge support for owner inquiries via phone or in person
• Work with technicians and parts to ensure quality service
• Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs
• Maintain customer satisfaction scores at or above company standards
• Reinforce company policies and adhere to standards
• Encourage compliance with laws and regulations
