Morrie's Auto Group in Chippewa Falls, WI seeks an experienced Parts Department Manager to lead the store’s parts team. You will oversee inventory, order parts for internal jobs, supervise staff, and drive customer service excellence.

Requires at least 5 years in automotive parts and 1 year in supervision, with professional appearance and strong interpersonal and managerial skills. CDK experience preferred; join a team committed to growth and excellent benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in a parts department.
• Minimum 5 years automotive parts department experience.
• Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated managerial and leadership abilities.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Sales experience preferred and beneficial.
• CDK system experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with Service Manager to ensure parts are ordered and received timely for internal jobs.
• Lead, hire, train, and monitor the performance of parts staff.
• Monitor parts department payroll and time off.
• Direct part staff activities and encourage teamwork and customer service.
• Develop strategies for a more efficient and profitable department.
• Maintain parts inventory, ensure accurate sales inventory system, and manage vendor relationships.
• Ensure customer orders are accurate and timely.
• Handle customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
