Morrie's Auto Group is seeking an experienced Automotive Store Manager to lead total store operations, drive profitability, and develop associates across the Sales and Service teams.

You will set strategic direction, oversee inventory, negotiate terms with customers, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. We offer growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits in a fast-paced regional dealership group.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of automotive management experience.
• Proven desking and closing deals.
• College degree preferred.
• Proficient with CDK and MS Office.
• Strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage total store operations including associate development, profitability, and customer satisfaction with a focus on sales and budget management.
• Utilize reports and trends to identify opportunities and drive improvements.
• Hire, train and promote staff to support growth and performance.
• Lead senior management with strategy, vision, and motivation for the team.
• Set and execute policies and initiatives for consistent results.
• Resolve customer and employee issues and maintain service standards.
• Oversee showroom, e-commerce, and phone traffic to optimize conversions.
• Plan inventory with GM and manage expenses across departments.
