Stokes Hodges Ford on-site is seeking highly engaged Sales Consultants to join our team. If you enjoy working independently and pursuing unlimited earning potential, this opportunity offers a large inventory and established presence in the CSRA as a top Ford dealership.

As a Sales Consultant, you will be the face of the dealership, providing a warm welcoming atmosphere while helping clients select the best vehicle for new, existing, or referral-based purchases.

Formación

• Sales experience preferred (and preferably in auto sales).
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
• Must be able to stand and walk a large portion of the workday in all weather conditions.

Responsabilidades

• Sell and deliver a minimum number of vehicles per month.
• Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening to responses.
• Prepare sold vehicles for customer delivery prior to arrival.
• Review and analyze actions to improve time and planning.
• Introduce customers to service department staff to highlight service quality.
• Deliver vehicles to customers and explain operating features, warranty, and paperwork.
• Maintain an owner follow-up system to encourage repeat and referral business.
