Responsibilities include vehicle demonstrations, assisting with test drives and financing, and delivering vehicles while teaching basic features. Build lasting customer relationships to generate referrals and repeat business.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive sales experience preferred.
• At least 1 year in a customer service role required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Convert visitors into customers by greeting them promptly and identifying needs.
• Demonstrate vehicles and explain features, packages, and upgrades.
• Facilitate the sales process including test drives and financing paperwork.
• Deliver sold vehicles and educate customers on basic features and use.
• Follow up after purchase to nurture relationships and referrals.
