Courtesy Tucson is seeking an Automotive Sales Consultant to guide customers through the vehicle buying process, identify needs, demonstrate vehicles, conduct test drives, and present financing options for an exceptional experience.

This role requires strong communication, relationship building, and sales skills to achieve individual and dealership targets and deliver high customer satisfaction.

Formación

• Strong customer service and communication skills required.
• Ability to negotiate and build customer trust.
• Self-motivated with a drive to succeed.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn dealership software.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers professionally and build rapport.
• Identify customer vehicle needs and preferences.
• Explain features, benefits, specs, and tech options.
• Conduct vehicle walk-arounds and test drives.
• Present pricing, options, and purchase proposals.
• Maintain knowledge of inventory and assist follow-ups.
• Document interactions in CRM and coordinate with teams.
• Work with management and finance to finalize sales.
• Aim to meet or exceed sales, gross profit, and CSAT targets.
• Prospect for new business through referrals and networking.
