Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the car-buying process with honesty and professionalism.
• Actively listen to customer needs to help select the right new Ford or pre-owned vehicle.
• Perform vehicle walk-arounds and conduct test drives.
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with buyers, following up for satisfaction and referrals.
• Learn and stay up-to-date on new Ford models, options, and vehicle technology.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and a professional personal appearance.
