Responsibilities

• Establish rapport and build relationships with customers.
• Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening.
• Be the vehicle expert and demonstrate features of new/used vehicles.
• Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business.
• Directly report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives and activities.
