Honda of Burlington, part of the Nelson Family Automotive Group, has an immediate opening for an experienced Sales Associate. We are seeking a top performer with a proven success record in a dealership setting and stable work history.

Salary range listed as $35,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year with a commission plan and great benefits including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, plus a 401(k) plan with matching.

Qualifications

• At least one year of proven auto sales experience.
• Fantastic communication skills with customers.
• Professional personal appearance.
• Available to work flexible hours & weekends.
• MUST be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
• MUST pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, motor vehicle record, and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Establish rapport and build relationship with customers.
• Be the vehicle expert and demonstrate products and options.
• Perform high-quality demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
• Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business.

Responsibilities

• Establish rapport and build relationship with customers. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
• Be the vehicle expert. Understand the details of product offerings, optional packages and latest technology.
• Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
• Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business.
• Directly report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
• Bring your 'A game' & positive attitude with you every day.
