Responsibilities

• Assist customers who enter the dealership and help them select a vehicle.
• Provide timely follow up and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Explain product performance, options and benefits to prospects and describe available equipment for purchase.
• Deliver vehicles to customers and ensure they understand features, warranty, and paperwork.
• Keep abreast of inventory, features, accessories, and how they benefit customers.
• Introduce customers to service department personnel to highlight service quality and maintenance options.
