Qualifications

• 2+ years of Sales or Customer Service experience.
• Excellent customer service, organizational and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and goal oriented in a team environment.
• Prior proven customer-service or retail sales experience.
• Willingness to undergo a background check and be 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers who enter the dealership and help them select a vehicle.
• Provide timely follow up and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Explain product performance and options to customers and identify their needs.
• Deliver vehicles to customers and explain features, warranty, and paperwork.
• Stay informed about inventory, features, and accessories and their benefits.
• Introduce customers to service department personnel to showcase service quality.
