Job summary

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking a Sales Consultant for Northlake KIA. You will be the face of the dealership, helping customers choose the right vehicle and delivering an outstanding buying experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales or customer service experience.
• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• Excellent customer service, organizational and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assisting customers who enter the dealership and help them select a vehicle.
• Provide timely follow up and maintain relationships with customers.
• Explaining product features and optional equipment, determine customer needs.
• Deliver vehicles and ensure understanding of features, warranty, and paperwork.
• Keep abreast of inventory and how features benefit customers.
• Introduce customers to service department staff and emphasize service quality.
• Other duties as assigned by management
