Qualifications

• No automotive experience required; paid Toyota brand and product training provided from day one.
• Experience in hospitality, retail, financial services, or consultative sales strongly preferred.
• Relationship-first communicator who earns trust through listening and honest guidance.
• Self-motivated with a drive to build a long-term book of business.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and curiosity; understand needs before presenting options.
• Guide guests through Toyota lineup with growing product knowledge and confidence.
• Present vehicles and conduct test drives that convey the ownership experience.
• Build and maintain a guest pipeline through disciplined follow-up and CRM use.
• Collaborate with finance and management to deliver a transparent, pressure-free purchase experience.
• Meet monthly targets while maintaining high guest satisfaction.
• Stay current on Toyota lineup, tech features, and hybrid/EV offerings.
