Job summary

Hertz Automotive is seeking an Automotive Sales Consultant to drive the sales and finance process, delivering exceptional customer service and supporting lot operations and omni-channel sales. You will execute the full sales cycle, aim to hit monthly targets, and maintain CRM output with clean paperwork to minimize missing documents.

The role involves assisting with vehicle photography, delivering cars to partner hubs, and supporting lot organization while pursuing high NPS scores.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Car Sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the sales and finance process and provide excellent customer service.
• Support lot operations and omni-channel sales while executing the sales process and meeting monthly targets.
• Maintain accurate CRM output and ensure clean paperwork and recovery of missing documents.
• Assist in the finance process to achieve strong Finance & Insurance PVR.
• Support vehicle photography, deliver cars to partner hubs, and help with lot merchandising and transportation.
• Ensure incoming vehicles are checked in and contribute to high NPS scores.
