Stivers Ford Lincoln in Alabama is seeking a motivated Salesperson to join our team. You will greet customers, demonstrate Ford vehicles, and guide them through the sales process including financing options and closing the sale.

You should have excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to learn product information quickly. Training is provided and performance-based incentives reward strong contributors.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive sales experience preferred, training provided.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Positive, enthusiastic and self-motivated with a drive to succeed.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to learn product information quickly.
• Basic computer skills and use of dealership software.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and understand their vehicle needs.
• Demonstrate Ford knowledge and educate customers.
• Guide customers through sales process including financing.
• Build relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Follow up with customers post-sale.
