Pines Auto Group is seeking an Automotive Sales Associate to join our Ford team in Florida. The ideal candidate is ambitious, with strong interpersonal skills, and able to meet and exceed goals.

We are looking for atalented Automotive Sales Associate to join our growing Ford team! The right candidate will be ambitious, have excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to meet and exceed goals. Strong pay structure with a $300 minimum sale, 30% commission and bonuses! Day to-day tasks will include developing client relationships and providing product solutions that best meet our customer's needs.

• Exhibit consultative selling skills. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
• Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority. Know the in's and the out's of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies
• Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new vehicles
• Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business
• Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations
• Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses
• Bring your 'A game' along with a positive attitude to work with you every single day
