Job summary

• Turns 100 percent of closed deals to the finance/insurance manager with paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Assists customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening to responses.
• Explains product performance, applications, and benefits to prospects.
• Provides test drives and follows identification procedures as required.
• Maintains follow-up systems to encourage repeat and referral business.
• Delivers vehicles and ensures customers understand operating features and paperwork.
