Job summary

Snell Motor Companies in Austin, TX seeks a Sales Assistant to deliver an exceptional customer experience and build loyalty. You will maintain vehicle inventory appearance, manage fluids and batteries, and assist with paperwork and insurance tasks.

You will learn and use CRM and appraisal tools, prospect new clients, and stay current with programs and rates. Team-oriented, you will support department targets and attend weekly meetings.

Qualifications

• Experience using CRM and vehicle appraisal software.
• Prospecting for new and current clients.
• Familiar with auto loan programs and insurance paperwork.
• Ensures compliance with privacy and information security policies.
• Works in a team to meet department standards.
• Attends weekly department meetings.
• Maintains vehicle inventory appearance and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Maintain new and used vehicle inventory appearance.
• Log appointments in CRM and prep for client visits.
• Greet clients on service drive and discuss purchasing options.
• Follow up with clients to drive sales.
• Process deposits and cash/credit as needed.
• Understand Land Rover Jaguar Dallas sales process.
• Meet training and certification standards.
• Adhere to privacy and security policies.
• Attend department meetings.
