Honda of North Hollywood is expanding! We are seeking Outbound Appointment Coordinators to join our Appointment Setting Team in Los Angeles. This heavily outbound role involves calling, texting, emailing prospects, and following up to schedule test drives and showroom appointments.

Qualifications

• Full-time availability; part-time options may be considered
• At least 18 years old
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Experience with CRM systems/lead tools is a plus
• Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen

Responsibilities

• Make 75+ outbound calls daily to prospects, no-shows, and inquiries
• Text and email prospects to nurture and convert leads
• Set and confirm test drive and showroom appointments
• Overcome objections and build rapport over the phone
• Collaborate with sales for seamless handoffs
• Follow up on missed appointments or unsold opportunities
• Hit weekly contact, appointment, and show goals
• Maintain accurate CRM records
