Airport Marina Honda is looking for a motivated, results-driven Internet Sales Professional to join our growing sales team.

We're a high-volume Honda dealership experiencing continued growth, with customer opportunities through our Costco Auto Program and TrueCar partnerships.

We're looking for an automotive sales professional who knows how to respond quickly to leads, build customer relationships, set appointments, follow up consistently, and turn opportunities into sold vehicles.

COMPENSATION & EARNING POTENTIAL

Expected Earnings: $5,500–$7,700+ Per Month

Base hourly pay: $16–$18 per hour

5% commission on backend products

Monthly performance bonuses

Additional performance incentives

Total compensation includes hourly pay, commissions, bonuses, and incentives. Actual earnings depend on individual performance and applicable pay-plan terms.

2+ years of automotive dealership sales experience required

Internet or e-commerce sales experience preferred

Confidence presenting vehicles, handling objections, and closing sales

Comfortable using CRM systems and dealership technology
