Koons Toyota Arlington is seeking an Automotive Sales Advisor to nurture relationships with customers, respond to online inquiries, and guide buyers through the initial to final stages of the car purchase. The role emphasizes strong customer service, phone and email engagement, and a proactive sales mindset.

Candidates should be self-motivated with a team orientation, and prior automotive sales or retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service skills.
• Prior automotive sales or retail experience a plus.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings (background & drug test).

Responsibilities

• Respond to customers inquiring about vehicles online using phone and email.
• Build rapport with customers to establish a referral network.
• Answer internet leads with in-store support and email pricing information.
• Answer sales phone calls and set appointments for customers.
• Confirm appointments and follow up with customers after inquiries or the sale.
• Conduct test drives and walk-arounds with customers; guide them through the buying process.
