Job summary

Qualifications

• Completion of CarMax New Associate Orientation and Kronos Training for Hourly Associates.
• Ability to read, interpret, and transcribe data for record-keeping.
• Strong multitasking in a high-energy environment.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and work extended hours.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate diagnostics and repairs on vehicle systems.
• Inspect vehicles to meet CarMax Quality Standards and state inspections when required.
• Manage repair orders with accurate labor, parts, and billing documentation.
• Utilize proprietary and universal software systems.
• Maintain a clean workspace following 5S and safety protocols.
• Provide leadership to support associates and managers.
