This full‑time hourly position emphasizes empathy, organization, and accurate documentation in CCC One. Responsibilities include greeting customers, answering phones, coordinating with the shop team, and managing insurance interactions.

Qualifications

• Collision University Training is required within the first 6 months of employment.
• Basic computer skills are necessary to navigate company systems and communicate with customers.
• Must be able to multi-task in a high-paced environment with a flexible attitude.
• Ability to read, understand, and perform written instructions accurately and consistently, individually or with others.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally and ensure high levels of customer service with a warm reception.
• Answer phones and respond to voicemail inquiries the same day, coordinating with shop team members.
• Explain the repair process, insurance claim steps, payment procedures, and expected delivery dates.
• Communicate customer expectations and issues to Estimator and Center Leader.
• Capture new business by informing customers of certifications and insurance partnerships.
• Schedule appointments for the Estimator and verify insurance assignments.
• Ensure all documents are scanned and filed in CCC One.
• Maintain accuracy of customer information and communications.
• Oversee daily invoices, deposits, and ordering of office supplies.
