Qualifications

• Ability to work overtime and travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers and third parties by phone and written correspondence to resolve balances.
• Utilize skip-tracing tools to locate customers, vehicles, and collateral.
• Follow up on assigned accounts to achieve resolution and recovery goals.
• Evaluate account status and recommend repossession or legal action when appropriate.
• Maintain compliance with FDCPA and applicable regulations in all interactions.
