Responsibilities

Communicate with customers and third parties by phone and written correspondence to resolve charged-off balances.
Utilize skip-tracing tools to locate customers and collateral and manage recovery accounts.
Follow policies to achieve account resolution and recovery goals.
Evaluate accounts and recommend repossession, outside agency, or legal action when appropriate.
Document communications and recovery activity in the system with accuracy and compliance.
