• Bachelor’s degree required.
• A minimum of 1 year of related PD claim experience welcomed but not required.
• Proficiency in personal computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.

Aufgaben

• Investigate and interpret policy provisions to determine coverage for automobile property claims.
• Investigate auto accidents to assess liability by interviewing claimants, witnesses, and others.
• Evaluate and adjust reserves; prepare dispatch instructions for field personnel.
• Negotiate and settle claims within authority; advise insureds and brokers on claim status.
• Act as liaison between company, vendors, and customers to resolve disputes.
• Ensure adherence to privacy guidelines in claims handling.
• Investigate and initiate subrogation when applicable.
• Handle lawsuits or arbitrations related to auto property damage claims.
• Handle administrative duties: calls, voicemails, emails, mail, and other tasks.
