Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Investigate policy provisions to determine coverage for auto property damage claims.
• Evaluate and adjust reserves; prepare dispatch instructions for field personnel.
• Negotiate and settle claims within authority; maintain follow-up on pending files.
• Coordinate with vendors and customers to resolve disputes and ensure privacy compliance.
• Handle administrative duties and responsive communication via calls, emails, and mail.
