Job summary

Morrie's Minnetonka Subaru Llc is seeking a Product Specialist to deliver exceptional customer experiences and guide buyers through the vehicle selection process. You will use Morrie’s Needs Assessment to match customers with the right vehicle and collaborate with Sales and Finance to close deals.

The role requires effective communication, the ability to work Saturdays, and a commitment to explaining vehicle features and paperwork while following up on post-purchase items.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide the best experience to all customers who enter the dealership.
• Answer phone calls and follow up on leads.
• Develop strong, long-lasting relationships with Morrie's customers.
• Help customers to select the perfect vehicle using Morrie's Needs Assessment.
• Keep up to date on products, features, and accessories available.
• Work closely with Sales and Finance managers to effectively close deals.
• Prepare sold vehicles for customer pick-up.
• Explain vehicle operation features and the Morrie's Promise, and other paperwork.
• Follow up all post-purchase action items including tag/title work.
• Work Monday through Saturday with one weekday off.
