Audi Mentor, a Penske Automotive Group dealership, is seeking knowledgeable and friendly Product Specialists to join our team and deliver extraordinary customer experiences. You will professionally assist customers with vehicle technology questions by email, phone and in person to ensure owners get the most out of their vehicles.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 1–2 years related experience or training.
• Prior retail experience is required.
• Associate's degree or equivalent preferred; dealership experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Record showroom traffic including name, email, and phone number.
• Greet each customer promptly upon arrival per company policy.
• Know the current vehicle inventory and location in the dealership.
• Explain vehicle features, benefits and value to customers.
• Advise on incentive programs and current offers.
• Provide test-drive opportunities when appropriate.
• Keep work areas clean and safe according to policy.
• Attend training and company meetings as required.
• Engage in community activities and product knowledge sessions.
• Other duties as assigned.
