Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 1-2 years retail experience
• Associate's degree preferred
• Prior retail experience in a dealership is preferred

Responsibilities

• Record showroom traffic including customer name, email and phone number
• Greet each customer promptly per company policy
• Know the current vehicle inventory and location in the dealership
• Explain functionality, features and benefits of each vehicle to customers
• Advise customers on current incentive programs
• Foster test drives when vehicle is in service
• Keep work areas clean and safe per policy
• Attend trainings and company meetings as required
• Uphold ethics and confidentiality policies and standards
