Job summary

USAA in Chesapeake, Virginia is seeking a dedicated vendor-oversight professional for a hybrid role requiring in-office presence three days per week. You will onboard and coach third-party vendors, oversee performance, and resolve disputes to ensure accurate loss handling and member satisfaction.

Eligible candidates will have 4 years of auto physical damage estimating experience, high school diploma, and pursue ICAR Platinum Pro-Level 3 within 12 months plus obtain an insurance adjuster license

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• On-board, oversee, maintain partnerships with third-party vendors.
• Evaluate vendor work product for quality and accuracy.
• Collaborate on vendor footprint to balance member needs and resources.
• Resolve complaints and payment discrepancies within MOI.
• Provide decision-making on physical damage losses within authority.
