Replacement Parts, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager for a Bumper to Bumper Auto Parts location in Jonesboro, AR.

The role oversees store sales, profitability, and supervising associates, with duties including purchasing, budgeting, accounting, and personnel management. You will provide exceptional customer service, manage inventories, develop promotions, train staff, and ensure compliance with policies and laws.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; at least 2 years auto parts experience; management experience preferred; ASE certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales, inventory, cash handling, and customer service.
• Monitor sales activities to ensure satisfactory service and quality goods.
• Generate new sales accounts by cold calling and visiting customers.
• Grow store profits with current customers through promotions and upselling.
• Hire, train, and evaluate personnel; promote, discipline, and terminate as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
• Inventory, stock, and reorder when levels drop.
• Attend virtual and in-person meetings and training sessions.
