Replacement Parts, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to drive sales and profitability at a Bumper to Bumper Auto Parts location. You will directly supervise associates, handle purchasing, budgeting, and personnel tasks while delivering exceptional customer service.

The role includes over-the-counter sales, taking orders in person and by phone, and leading promotional activities to support store success. Experience in auto parts and leadership is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED; 2+ years auto parts front-line or management experience preferred.
• ASE certifications preferred; supervisory and budgeting duties may be required.
• Strong leadership and customer-service orientation required.

• Provide exceptional customer service and promote sales programs.
• Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales and inventory tasks.
• Monitor sales activities and visit customers as needed by management.
• Generate new sales accounts by cold calling and visiting potential customers.
• Grow store profits by cross-selling and promoting products.
• Hire, train, and evaluate store personnel; manage performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
